Matching Gift Information

If your employer offers a matching gift program for your donations, please provide us with the name and address of your employer and we will notify your employer of your donation.

Mail-In Donations

If you would prefer to write a check for your donation please print a copy of this form and return it to us with your check made payable to The INN. Our mailing address is 211 Fulton Avenue, Hempstead, NY 11550.
